Dr. Anthony M. Pedicino has practiced dentistry for over 30 years. Pedicino Dental can proudly boast about long-term patient retention and family centered dental care. Located in Huntingdon Valley, PA - the practice primarily services the Philadelphia area.
Dr. Pedicino is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. Prior to studying at Temple, he attended St. Joseph's Prep High School, LaSalle University graduating with his B.A. in Biology and completed extensive post graduate studies at Temple University in Biochemistry before his DDS.
Dr. Pedicino is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), an honor, which has been achieved by less than 7% of accredited dentists and members. He also holds memberships with the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry (PAGD), American Dental Association (ADA), Pennnsylvania Dental Association (PDA), and The Montgomery Bucks Dental Society.
Dr. Pedicino has attended several continuums at the prestigious Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Key Biscayne, Florida and is an original member of the American Academy of Oral-Systemic Health (AAOSH). AAOSH is changing public and professional awareness of the oral systemic connection, by connecting medicine and dentistry to save lives.
He also participates in Donated Dental Services, which provides free, comprehensive dental treatment to our country's most vulnerable people with disabilities, are elderly or medically fragile. These are people who cannot afford necessary treatment and cannot get public aid. Donated Dental Services operates through a volunteer network of more than 15,000 dentists in the US. Since its inception in 1985, Dr. Pedicino and participating members have surpassed $378 million in donated dental therapies, transforming the lives of over 120,550 people.
In his off-time Dr. Pedicino enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as traveling, playing golf, and following Philadelphia sports teams.
